New Caney, TX 77357

Who this class is for: Advanced handler/dog teams who are looking to learn how to navigate hiking trails safely. (Your dog should have already passed my Basic Manners course or have some other great foundations under his belt.)

In a group setting we work on:

  • Proper socialization
  • Focus and attention
  • Stay/wait
  • Come when called
  • Staying close when on long-line leash (30 ft)
  • How to safely navigate potential obstacles (bridges, other hikers/dog/cyclists, creeks, boulders, fields, mud, etc.)
  • Loose leash walking
  • Decompression

We will share our extensive knowledge of exploring the wilderness. With years of personal experience hiking, this is sure to be a fun class for you and your best friend! There's nothing better than having your dog as your outdoor companion, we will help get you there!

This class is $50 per team (yes you can bring a friend or family member with you), we keep these groups VERY small, we recommend reserving your spot soon! Fill out our Google form to reserve your spot and a day/time for our December schedule.
